Introduction
ActionAid Nigeria (AAN) is an affiliate of ActionAid International, a global alliance of organizations working towards achieving a world without poverty and injustice in which every person enjoys the right to a life with dignity. Purpose of this Call
ActionAid Nigeria is requesting for quotes for the procurement of Information Education and Communication materials to promote sensitization for the treatment of malnutrition in children 6-59 months, pregnant and lactating women in Giedam and Fune Yobe state.

The quote should contain detailed cost of the above items,
- Specify the quality of materials to use.
- Provide proof of supplying same product to other agencies for the treatment of malnutrition in children, pregnant and lactating women.
General information
- EOI must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder.
- Payment terms be stated
- Delivery will be at the ActionAid Office Maiduguri received by the Humanitarian Manager Maiduguri before 20th August 2024
- EOI submitted after the deadline for submission will not be considered.
- This publication is for information only and not to be construed as a commitment or obligation on our part.
- Our organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by any interested party(ies) in connection with any response to this invitation.

Mode and Deadline for submission of quotations
Interested Vendors are to submit a (1) copy each of all documents listed under the eligibility criteria and their expression of Interest (EOI) on the company’s letterhead paper bearing: the registration number (RC), contact address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Applications must be submitted:
- Electronically to: Procurement.Nigeria@actionaid.org using the subject line ‘Procurement of Documentation Tool OR
- Physically to ActionAid Nigeria office; Plot 477, 41 Crescent, Off Sa’adu Zungur Avenue, Gwarinpa, FCT-Abuja.
The closing date for submission of quotes is 12th August 2024 Failure to adhere to instructions on submissions could invalidate your application.
