Introduction

Our work extends beyond the people in these communities to relevant authorities with a view to empowering the people to take necessary action to end poverty. Since 1999, AAN has focused on social justice, gender equality and poverty eradication using the Human Rights Based Approach. AAN functions on the premise that protecting and fulfilling the human rights of people living in poverty will contribute to the eradication of poverty and injustice in Nigeria.

Purpose of this Call

ActionAid Nigeria is requesting quotes for the procurement of Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop for AAN interventions in Yobe state.

Total number of Laptop: 19 (Nineteen)

The quote should contain the detailed costs of the above items,

• Detailed quotes including product name, Memory capacity, key board type,
• Provide proof of supplying the same or similar services to other agencies 
• State reference of work done 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Technical Requirements: Bidders should demonstrate their expertise and capacity to have undertaken similar procurement. This includes experienced personnel, and evidence of track record in delivering items successfully.

1. Compliance: All the items to be supplied must be of quality in accordance with Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SoN), environmental guidelines, and safety standards. Bidders should possess the required licenses and certifications.
2. Payment: The vendor shall be paid in line with the negotiated amount. ActionAid is under Nigerian tax laws obliged to deduct 10% withholding tax on the payment and transmit same to the tax authorities in favor of the vendor. Please our payment term is 50% before delivery and balance up after
3. Experience: Describe your company's experience in executing similar exercise, emphasizing the quality delivery, timelines of supplies and locations successfully delivered. Include pictures or references from previous clients, if available.
4. Technical Capacity: Outline your reputation in procurement and financial strength and highlight relevant certifications (CAC certificate, FIRS certificate), Lenovo authorized dealer licenses.
5. Company Profile: Provide a brief overview of your company, including its background, core competencies, and key activities in the supply of items or commodities.
6. Warranty: The company must provide a warranty of at least one (1) year which covers any defects or malfunctions under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, your company will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective under normal use and maintenance.

General information

1. EOI must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder.
2. Payment terms be stated
3. Delivery will be at the ActionAid Office in Abuja, received by the procurement team, by 27th November 2024.
4. EOI submitted after the deadline for submission will not be considered.

Interested Vendors are to submit a (1) copy each of all documents listed under the eligibility criteria and their expression of Interest (EOI) on the company’s letterhead paper bearing: the registration number (RC), contact address, telephone number and e-mail address with clear quotation
