Expression of Interest (EoI) for the supply of Toyota Prado Land Cruiser 2025 Hybrid model (1) and Toyota HiAce Bus 14-seater 2025 hybrid Model (1)

SUMMARY 

ActionAid (AA) Nigeria is seeking an eligible vendor to supply Toyota Vehicles – 2025 Toyota Prado Landcruiser Hybrid 6-cylinder Automatics control Petrol with leather seat and 2025 Toyota HiAce Hybrid Bus 14-seater) one each for its RWVL Programme. This is part of strengthening the efficient running of the Women Right Programme in Abuja and Lagos states of operation and in delivering its mandate of working with partners in Nigeria. AA Nigeria is an affiliate of ActionAid International, which is a global alliance of organizations working towards achieving a world without poverty and injustice in which every person enjoys the right to a life with dignity. RWVL Canada/Nigeria Programme with support from ActionAid Nigeria is inviting eligible vendors for the supply of the under-listed items: 

1. Technical Requirements: Bidders should demonstrate their expertise and capacity to have undertaken similar procurement. This includes experienced personnel, and evidence of track record in delivering a successful supply of items 

2. Compliance: All the items to be supplied must be of quality in accordance with Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SoN), environmental guidelines, and safety standards. Bidders should possess the required licenses and certifications. 

3. Location and Timeline: The items will be supplied to AAN Office, Abuja within an agreed timeline. 

4. Payment: The vendor shall be paid in line with the negotiated amount. ActionAid is under Nigerian tax laws obliged to deduct 10% withholding tax on the payment and transmit same to the tax authorities in favor of the vendor. 

5. Warranty: The company must provide a warranty which covers any defects or malfunctions under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, your company will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

6. Evaluation Criteria: Bids will be evaluated based on technical capabilities, relevant experience, financial stability, and proposed timeline. Only shortlisted bidders will be contacted for further discussions or site visits.  

7. Contract Duration: The contract will be awarded for a fixed-term period. Details regarding contract duration, payment terms, and milestones will be provided to shortlisted bidders. 

8. Instructions for Submission: Interested vendors are requested to submit their Expression of Interest and added documentation detailing necessary company registration, licenses, experience, and expertise. The EOI should include the following information:
9. Company Profile: Provide a brief overview of your company, including its background, core competencies, and key activities in the supply of items or commodities.
10. Technical Capacity: Outline your reputation in procurement, logistics and financial strength and highlight relevant certifications, licenses, and any quality assurance processes implemented.
11. Experience: Describe your company's experience executing similar exercises, emphasizing the quality delivery, supplies timelines and locations successfully delivered. Include pictures or references from previous clients, if available.
12. Financial Stability: Provide an overview of your company's financial standing, demonstrating your ability to fulfil contractual obligations and tax certificates.

15. Minium of 2 reference letter must be submitted showing evidence of related work
16. CAC registration certificate
17. Warrantee and maintenance contract after sales services is advice
