Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)- Full-Service Creative and PR Agency for ActionAid Nigeria Legacy Building Fundraising

AAN is national non-governmental, not for profit, non-partisan organisation and an affiliate member of the ActionAid International Federation which is registered as a non-profit in the Netherlands with footprint in over 70 countries across the world. Federation members maintain strong relationships of interdependence and mutual accountability, ensuring a strong balance between self-rule and shared rule.

We collaborate with state and non-state actors (government, CSOs, movements, networks, allies, and other relevant stakeholders) and this collaboration works towards shifting power to the people, promoting equality, and redistributing wealth and power through a multidimensional, human-rights-based approach to development. We mobilise active agencies of people to confront unequal power relations that exclude them or others from decision-making and limit their access to and control over resources and opportunities.

Background

ActionAid Nigeria (AAN) is embarking on a landmark initiative to secure its future and deepen its commitment to social justice: the ActionAid Legacy Building. This project is more than just a structure; it is envisioned as a permanent institutional symbol of our 25+ years of impact in Nigeria, a space dedicated to mobilising active citizenship, influencing policy, and fostering social enterprises and movements for change.

AAN owns the parcel of land earmarked for this construction with a completed architectural design. To successfully secure the substantial funding required for this construction, AAN is launching a high-level, targeted fundraising campaign aimed at High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), institutional donors, and corporate partners.

We seek a full-service creative and PR agency to partner with us to produce a high-quality, engaging multimedia fundraising package. This package must powerfully tell the story of AAN’s journey, its measurable impact across Nigerian communities, and the transformative vision the Legacy Building represents. The final product must be a compelling investment case that showcases the financial and social significance of the building, moving audiences from awareness to financial commitment and long-term support.

Scope of Work
The selected agency will develop a high-Impact multimedia and targeted pitch package

  • Full Multimedia Production (15–20 minutes): Produce a compelling video narrative that strategically highlights ActionAid Nigeria’s history, milestones, achievements, and measurable impact. The production must incorporate high-quality elements, including drone footage, animations, infographics, and an animated representation of the completed Legacy Building (interior and exterior), while using storytelling techniques to create an emotional and compelling case for investment.
  • HNI Pitch Power Point Presentation (5 minutes): Develop an innovative, concise, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentation, specifically designed for High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) pitches. This presentation must leverage infographics, charts, and multimedia elements from the main production to effectively communicate the building’s significance and fundraising goals in a concise 5-minute format.
