It raises questions about the proliferation of probes by the legislatures with inconclusive outcomes; urges the legislators to follow up on their passed resolutions and sets the agenda for NASS in 2013 to include conclusion of the Constitution amendment, Petroleum Industry Bill, taking steps to provide for the welfare and security of the people and resolving the conflict it has with the Security and Exchange Commission.
