A baseline study conducted by ActionAid Nigeria in Kogi state identified unemployment as a top driving factor of violence. Through the System and Structure Strengthening Approach Against Radicalization to Violent Extremism (SARVE) Project, ActionAid has handed over livelihood equipment including; cassava processing, block moulding, maize milling, rice milling factories and a bakery, amounting to a total of N35.5 Million Naira to Youths and Women in the state under the supervision of the state government.
