ActionAid Nigeria
The main objective of the Local Rights Programme (LRP) being to improve the socio-economic status of poor Women, Men and Children in LRP targeted states began implementation in 2017 in Bauchi state through the state-based partner, FAHIMTA with funding from ActionAid.
The programme implemented focused on basic education, agriculture, Women's right, health, governance and human security emergencies. Since inception, the programme has reached 5000 Women, 1800 Children, 300 Persons with disabilities and 1000 young persons accross 10 communities and two Local Government Areas of Bogoro and Kirifi.
