The 2024 HRP Youth Lens Report Card, published by ActionAid Nigeria’s Humanitarian Unit, highlights young people’s perspectives and priorities within Nigeria’s humanitarian response. The report assesses the extent to which youth voices, needs and participation are reflected in the 2024 Humanitarian Response Plan, while identifying key gaps and opportunities for more meaningful youth engagement in humanitarian decision-making. It calls for stronger inclusion, accountability and youth-led action to ensure humanitarian responses are more responsive to the realities and aspirations of young people affected by crisis.
